Circle G Mountain Ministries

Each church/group must provide proof of insurance.

Pre-registration form – Please print and fill out the pre-registration form with all required info and fax or scan it and email it to Circle G.  A deposit of $50 per person is required when pre-registering, with final balance due 15 days prior to arrival.  Deposits for W.O.W. weeks are non-refundable after April 30^th.
